CF Accessories will ship orders to most addresses in South Africa, orders will only be dispatched and processed at our Midrand offices.
We do not arrange any deliveries outside South Africa, you will have to arrange for your own transport and delivery service to collect your order from our Midrand office. All orders and invoices are South African Vat inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country.
Our Online Store does not arrange for shipping to international destinations, we can accept & ship orders. You will have to arrange for your own transport and delivery service to collect your order from our Midrand office.
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is cleared into our banking account. An average of 2 to 5 working days is expected. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund. Customers can collect orders from our Midrand office. Collection of goods purchased can only be made once we have packaged your order. Payment can be online via the website, bank transfer.
Due to our large range of products, shipping fees vary from item to item. Shipping fees will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.
Returning Your Goods:
Goods which prove to be unsuitable may be returned to us for a refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions:
- Goods are returned to us carriage paid, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. In which case CF Accessories will arrange for the collection of the goods.
- Please ensure that all goods are sent back to us via courier service.
- All Goods must be received in a re-saleable condition. - All Goods should be returned to us UN-USED in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
- All Goods are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
- All returns must be accompanied by a returns note or original invoice copy, and reason for return.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
CF Accessories are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Please advise our Sales Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 24hrs of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim. All correspondence should be sent to sales@CFAccessories.co.za
EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENTS:
In the event of goods needing to be exchanged or replaced due to:
- The received the items are not suitable or incorrect
- The received are suitable but an exchange would be preferable
- The received items have been fitted but are faulty
In all cases CF Accessories would need to be in receipt of the original items in our warehouse or be in receipt of full payment for the replacement parts before any exchange items can be sent out.
In the event of replacement parts being more or less expensive than the original items ordered an additional payment or refund will be processed.
The provision of goods and services by CF Accessories is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, CF Accessories will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a CANCELLATION FEE of 30%.
CF Accessories supplies correctly manufactured products that fit the specific vehicle it is intended for. It’s is the customer’s responsibility to try these products on their vehicles before they actually spray or fit. CF Accessories will not be held accountable for any cost incurred by the customer for painting and fitting if the product does not fit properly or is damaged whilst fitting. We advise customers to have these products by a professional panel beater.
Credit will be issued in the same form as payment
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier. Return shipment must be pre –paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit for. Collect Shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damaged customer is liable.
Below is an estimate of shipping fee's:
* Smaller orders ie. interior accessories, lights, - Shipping Category 01 – R100 (per order)
* Medium Sized orders ie. bootspoilers, grilles, bigger subwoofers, etc - Shipping Category 02 - R150 (per order)
* Large Size orders ie. bumpers, spoilers, car sound combo's etc. Shipping Category 03 – R350 (per order)
Note: These are estimate shipping fees, proper shipping costs will be calculated in the Checkout process.
We offer a number of payment options to help make your purchase with us as efficient as possible.
Paying by Bank Deposit or EFT is easy. When you reach the order details page simply select "Email/ Fax" as your payment method. Once you've placed your order; deposit or transfer the purchase amount directly to us using your order number as the reference.
Please note that all cash deposits will incur a 1% extra charge on amount being deposited.
First National Bank to First National Bank transfers can take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from another bank can take up to 48 hours to clear. All orders will be processed once the purchase amount reflects in our account.
